PLEASE GAMELOFT

I lost my progress in the new update and Ive tried everything I possibly can to get it back and nothing has worked. I really really think that you need a restore purchases button. Like you click on it and you put in your Apple ID password like for buying the diamonds and it gives you all the diamonds you previously bought back. This would be for players who get it on a different device/have progress reset and want all the gems that they paid for back. I have spent so much money on this game and your customer support still hasnt gotten back to me yet so you need to put this in so I can get my stuff back. PLEASE.
